About

I am a Professor of Visual Arts at Vermont State University and an Instructor for the Rhode Island School of Design’s Continuing Education program. With years of experience in foundations and graphic design, I bring a passion for color, bookmaking, pattern design, and printmaking to my teaching and creative work. Recently, I exhibited in a juried show at the Northern Arizona University Art Museum and earned a Design Writing Fellowship. Currently, I am leading a grant-funded project to pioneer best practices for integrating generative AI into visual communication design and to develop an instructional framework for this rapidly evolving field.
